I have been having scorpion problems. I have had many, kind and knowledgeable, techs out to exterminate. However, the technician I had last week, Damian, was someone who truly went above and beyond the call of duty. He actually set us up for a recall extermination for the month, once a week. It would be a great pleasure if we could actually have Damian come out to our home everytime! He took the time to listen to us, see what we had to show, sprayed everywhere necessary and took the initiative to set us up for recalls every week for the next month. He explained that Bullwark would do everything they could to try and keep the scorpions from entering our home. For the first time, I was so proud of the extermination company I had decided to go with. Great work Damian! Truly, a positive reflection of the company.
