I have been having scorpion problems. I have had many, kind and knowledgeable, techs out to exterminate. However, the technician I had last week, Damian, was someone who truly went above and beyond the call of duty. He actually set us up for a recall extermination for the month, once a week. It would be a great pleasure if we could actually have Damian come out to our home everytime! He took the time to listen to us, see what we had to show, sprayed everywhere necessary and took the initiative to set us up for recalls every week for the next month. He explained that Bullwark would do everything they could to try and keep the scorpions from entering our home. For the first time, I was so proud of the extermination company I had decided to go with. Great work Damian! Truly, a positive reflection of the company.‎

AJ the Scorpion Guru was telling me about this the other day and I didn’t believe him. In fact, he said that someone had called to find out the going price for a gallon of scorpion venom. I laughed until he explained that medical facilities are purchasing scorpion venom.

“So you are telling me I should be keeping my scorpions? and not killing them?”

“No,” AJ replied, “unfortunately Arizona Bark Scorpions do not carry the venom they are looking for.”

I guess he really is the Scorpion Guru!

Pest Control prices in Phoenix AZ vary based on a number of factors.  Size of the home, how frequently the pest control company comes out, products used, and sometimes by the type of problem and the extent of the problem.  Typically a good exterminator should not fluctuate in price much based on the problem, but the frequency is important for solving scorpion problems and heavier ant and roach problems.

Frequency of visits is very important when considering price and which pest control company to go with. Some companies may advertise a $25 a month program, but they are really just selling a $75 quarterly service. And quarterly services are rarely effective in the Phoenix area.
